Here sits the 101st day of a potential habit. So begin the review:

- What is working with this habit?

- What is working against you within this habit?

- Time wise, how does it factor?

- Emotionally, is it sustainable?

- Where can you expand this?

- Where can you optimize this?

- Any extra adjustments?

What changes can you perceive that are a direct consequence of this habit?

Sit in this and question all of it. Discernment is a skill, and one aspect of that is asking questions on questions and then falling down the rabbit-hole of “why?” to every response until the raw truth of the matter makes itself known.

Is there any new habits that can be extended from this current one?

Has this habit fulfilled the order for which you began it?

Do you require more time within the habit to know for sure? Then take that time again.

This is a milestone, otherwise: check in consistently and see how you are faring. Tune the vessel and tune the mind. Trial and error is the name of the game.
