The time to act is now.
Simply put: act now and do so consistently.
There are zero tomorrows, the past is a mere joint-recollection of senses. You are free here and now to pull yourself into gear and go. Write down 3 goals. One for each:
- Health
- Wealth
- Relationships
Then focus on each as proportionately as each requires. In the realm of health, a healthy diet and training regimen leading to the ultimate goal of a well formed and healthy body removes a couple hours from the day. Wealth in the form of business, work, and the like can take a far larger portion. Relationships can often involve whole afternoons to nights taken to enjoy oneself. Do each of these to the best of your ability, and then break past that limiting belief and do it even better.
Whatever age you find yourself at right here and now… You will continue to space out and lose track of time so long as you allow your time to fly away from you. Instead, use your time intentionally. Allocating rest periods is key to high performance of course. It is finding the counter-balance. This is also using time properly is a skill. Skills improve with practice, direction, application, and extension. Practice the skill at the very least. If it takes disproportionately allocating time to even one goal and then going for the rest, then so be it.
A wise man once said: “Consistent doing of the ‘boring’ work, leads to extraordinary results”.
There are many who wish for the stars, and fewer who do what is necessary to attain it. All is within your grasp, if only you’d take the leap in taking and channeling it.
Use action, discernment, and clarity… consistently.
