Remind those you love that you love them often. It is said too little for how much it is meant.
When you get a setback, first accept it, and then remind yourself why they occur. There is a lesson in your setbacks, and it is your responsibility to learn it and apply it well.
Sit in your intuition and self when you feel to be justifying a course of action, how does it feel deep down? How does it feel to the portion of yourself that you have pushed down to be here to justify in the first place. That little feeling that one may shrug off comes back full force and grows stronger the longer it is left suppressed and ignored.
Take confidence in your actions and do those things with the energy of succeeding within them, often it takes that energy to bridge the gap between success and failure.
Be excited for your present and do the same for your future. Any present moment that involves your existence to solve a new obstacle is a present moment worth living. Lower the bar for what defines a good day and allow that energy to create an even better one.
Those that go out looking for trouble often find it. The same works in reverse for better days and success.
