Meditate and do so to face yourself. Do so to learn how to move outside of thought. To move in true silence.
Meditate to learn your meta-thoughts, meditate to see your meaning within God. Meditate to learn how to focus. Meditate to play out actions and their predicted consequences. Meditate to form plans and bring a positive outlook to them.
Exercise to keep the body ready for everything. Train to move, move in your training. Should you be subjected to a context where strength, speed, and agility are required, sit comfortable in your training of those things.
