So create a minimum that is achievable on your worst days. Then, set the outrageously exciting goals too. This is to provide a mental framework for each day as your energy builds and wanes within it’s cycle. On the days of less, you can do the minimum and set that day as a ‘win’ and on the days of more, you do the minimum and then some. On the days of less you may operate from a place of peace in that you have met the minimum and then all else is a bonus. This gears your position to be one of already having done all that is necessary, providing a level of detachment that ensures all emotive energies are faced toward solutions and actions and less on the outcomes of such solutions and actions. So set the minimum and ensure you can meet that each day. If you begin to slip on the minimum, then lower it again. In the realm of training there are methods in which one does sets of 3 movements on the minute to the maximum reps they can hold over the time… the minimum rep count per minute must be lowered to the level in which one can consistently hit for the entire process. This rings true in ensuring your minimum is within those bounds, enough to leverage a change toward your vision, and as less to ensure feasibility on days of lower functioning.

On the same coin, it is within our duty to ensure that days of less energy are far and few, through the practice of movement, diet and mental wellbeing (rest).
