Invest the time in learning how to connect with others. As part of the whole, it is to be found as your duty to form connections of co-creation with those for whom you find yourself around. Why? We learn of ourselves within the dealings of others. As all is part of the whole and as such one can face the inner triggers and behaviours through their introspection of their dealings with others. So, take the leap, and dive into the trial and error that is forming deep vulnerable connections with others, these connections provide a foundation to learn how to be vulnerable with others and most importantly: yourself. It is an opportunity to learn from others, think mentors, think teachers, think friends. They all have something that you could learn from, if only a titbit of knowledge. Besides, life is better when regulated with connection.
