Then in the habits and decisions made in past contexts, we get to follow through in when faced with the contexts of those decisions with added emotional charge. So in the moments when it feels easier to let it (the past decision for action) go, that is when you get buckle down and do it anyway. When the vessel or mind grapples to justify toward the betraying the habits and actions toward your vision, that is where you have been given the opportunity to cultivate will and apply discipline. Discipline is built in the moment where you could just so easily let it go. Like all things, it is a skill that develops like a muscle. So do hard tasks and build ‘hard’ worthwhile habits, for through that you cultivate discipline.
