There comes many that believe that the lack of problems implies the best of lives. How could this be the case when humans (and the mind) thrive on the solution of problems, such that the fastest route to directed resentment is when one solves the problems of another with zero permission given to do so. So, if the mind thrives on solutions, would it then be better to say that the abundance of solutions implies the best of lives? That many that fall to lethargy and apathy have attacked the very aspect of their physiology that creates the game loop: Explore -> Problem -> Solution -> Explore. That in taking various substances and completing certain activities, they are rewarded heavily for ‘solving’ the problem. Until instead of solving the problem, they choose the other pseudo-solution. An abundance of solutions implies a larger set of problems, and these could be better problems, such that instead of solving the lack of food, it is a question of which food one is to consume.

Meditate.
