To what end when one allows the overwhelm to run its course? Would it be better to instead take it one step at a time, to operate as to solve the very issue that is being allowed to wreak such havoc? Overwhelm is borne from the lack of knowing where to begin, if the next step is clear then all one has, is to take that step. One could feasibly find it within themselves to know the next step and allow overwhelm as to how ‘many’ steps are remaining… to that one must face a simple decision: do this step as best they can or do it at a minimum and fret over the next one to which they do the same. Applying a framework of consistency, which decision would provide the better outcome per capita of step? So accept this moment, see the time you have for whatever it is you have set out to do, accept the time between this moment and when that is to pass, sit grateful that it has a highly likely chance of passing, and begin with those steps. If the steps are clouded, then the next step is to find the next step.
