Sit still and meditate. For why else can one move if to also be able to sit still? Such that in directing one’s energy (focus) they can learn to be better with it by stopping. There is a beauty in feeling bored, a reset before directing one’s focus again toward the daily contexts of each moment. In these meditations it is to measure out the actions one has made and assess the patterns of belief that have been cultivated. Does this serve you? Was it of your ideation? How does it play in most contexts? Continue to apply this framework and sharpen down each of one’s principles until they are solid and ready for any ‘battle’ that one may face.
