When faced with fear, one must begin to pay attention to their physiological responses and their inclinations. A mind gripped in fear shows colours truer to the psyche of the dividual, such as whether one’s first notion is to run or fight or freeze. These responses can be adjusted with time and are to be taken note of in steadying the resolve in the encounter with fear. Fear leads to desperation, and desperation leads to rash action that one would rather forget. To this then it is to note that the emotional state that one decides upon can drastically shift the ideal choices of the dividual, and hence, if one fails to find neutrality in these instances, then it is to make these decisions before facing a context in which one has chosen such mutating feelings.
