In instances to which others decide contrary to your better judgement, it is in your duty to discern your place in that matter and if it is within your locus to speak toward their decisions. The wise can only lead the blind should they choose to listen. If it is obvious that they are to be stuck in their ways, then if it is within your control to, and is morally right to, do all you can to aide them so as to keep them for the days to come. Agreement can be left in abetting another, if it is an instance to which failure has harsh consequences. In these contexts, it sits fully upon the dividual to discern their course of action. A parent to whom forbids a child’s actions, may be faced with a wall of reality to which all they can do is help the child do those actions better.
Meditate.
