It is within ones duty to pay heed to themselves in respect finding closure as events come to an end. This is to make space in one’s mind to allow for new events and contexts to be experienced with a fresh mind that is left with only the present to ruminate on. The past is gone, and is only a reference. As such, closure is given upon oneself by themselves and in so doing, we can let go of any and all things at our wish. Letting things go allow them to return if they wish, it is to trust in the actions we take to bring us further in our present in a sense that is more so desirable.
Meditate.
