Transformation occurs under stress. Stress implies a signal for something to change. For one to feel stressed, they are feeling that this that and the other thing must change so that life may be ideal. Stress = signal to change. Hence, transformation occurs under a signal to change. A signal to change, stress, is often given a judgement of negative connotations, as taught by generations of parents, that this signal to change and then consistent lack of changing provides the opportunity for fear, sadness, and frustration (among other things), which is rightly so. Every one has been gifted a radar to which describes them to what is needed to change and provides ample consideration for that ideal change to ensue. When it is then lacking, such gifted system applies the ‘stick method’ to which one is given ample ‘punishment’ as the opportunity to feel the other end of the spectrum in an effort to make such changes. A gift.
