There are times to which one requires a rest period while the mind works on the solution in the meantime. Throwing oneself at a wall for hours on end with little to zero give keeps the mind occupied with resisting the resistance rather than overcoming the resistance. The difference lies in whether one meets the tango with the obstacle, resisting the idea of it as opposed to allowing its existence to then be climbed over or broken through. Attempting to solve one’s way out of an ‘imaginary’ problem takes far longer than adapting a solution for a real one, and that difference is acceptance of the obstacle. Crave life, to flow unto with ease, joy, and glory to God, for in that one opens themselves up to all of life, for it is to be spent experiencing the spectrum, and that is beyond the so-called ‘positive’ emotions one decides upon. The vessel is wired to crave solutions, and is hence there to find obstacles or problems, it is a question of trading problems for better problems to have. “Where will I find food today?” as to “Which restaurant do I go to tonight?”.

Meditate.
