There is power in deciding within your mind likened to shouting an affirmation to it, audible within the mind. “This is the new way we shall do things”, and hence it is so. This is especially powerful in priming meditation and sleep. Saying such identity affirming statements just before sleep and as you awake can trip up the rather judgemental monkey brain and allow the new way of doing things to seat within the sub-conscious. Vocabulary reflects the thought patterns that one has, and the thought patterns reflect in the vocabulary to which one uses. A serpent eating it’s own tail, such cycle means that either can be changed to affect the other. Vocabulary is an easier method of bringing an intention change to one’s mind, adjusting what is spoken to adjust what is found in one’s thoughts.
