Within grief there must be space. Space to grip with the reality that the loss of something means any identifying factors of our own persona are hence gone too. This coupled with the existential bout that occurs when faced with our own mortality, leads to an emotional complex to work through that generally can be done in an expression of silence to action as a cycle until it is done. The loss can be good for the soul, a quick check in to the path one is taking and where it is to lead them, to reflect upon what was and take the lessons from that. Processing is most ideal; suppression serves to occur as sickness in the vessel and projections that serve as some minor expression. Energy will flow one way or the other, and as such it is better to direct it intentionally than to let it sit, simmer, and spontaneously combust.

Meditate.
