Why fear consistency? Why fear routine? Is there some level of excitement that ensues from the lack of clarity in the following actions? Or is it merely the lack of perspective to see that one has a routine whether they like it or otherwise. That in being spontaneous and random one is holding the routine of doing so, and in being ordered and clear, one is holding the routine of doing so. Then, it is up to us to choose a routine in some manner or form, and then to recognise that the excitement and creative bursts of energy come from this clarity and this routine of operating. Training the vessel as to expect certain stimuli at specific times throughout the day allows more of an autopilot that lets the analytical mind daisy about to find new and invigorating ideas.

Meditate.
