It is the intention that seeds life. Until the moment to which a soul is borne into the vessel, the vessel is simply a hunk of cells and electrical networks. It is the intention of a consciousness that begets some meaning to this objective vessel, that it is now a hunk of cells with electrical networks that do what they do for something. As each facet of reality is born with the intention of the consciousness it can be derived that intention is a larger component to movements than action is, for action without intention just is. The lack of subjective purposing to it moves outside the will of any consciousness and hence can be likened to the elements or force majeure. Movements for the sake of themselves are little when lacking the intention of the movement to be for the sake of itself or for the movement to be otherwise.

Meditate.
