An intuitive sense of self would demonstrate the factuality of awareness within one’s own vessel and thus the frames from which one may present themselves and also choose certain feelings to take hold. Likened to how one can become aggressive when hungry, knowing the hunger is to fault, and hence you are to fault, would provide a better perspective on whatever it is that one finds themselves in. This small breath of awareness can be used to turn toward a better course of action when faced like this, or to say, go get some food and eat it. This also is to provoke rest when necessary and to take the same extreme responsibility for actions made in these states, it is within your duty to listen to the body and to act accordingly as to ensure it is well cared for and holds little to zero effect or bearing on the conscious feelings and actions thereafter.
