Why does change pose such a stress on the human psyche and ego? With all change comes the matters of great life and great death. Stress in the lack of certainty then, as to which is which. Composure could be found in the realisation that should it be the latter one would be amiss to notice. Change implies growth, and growth is the aim. Growth is to accept and allow what is and to welcome what is to come with open arms. This comes with a level of faith to one’s own ability and a trust in the general workings of God, the universe, prophecy, whichever name chosen. Hold confidence in all change and growth, for in that confidence one’s perspective shifts, and that ‘can do’ attitude allows the flow of change to work with you. The less resistance there is to change, the sooner the rewards can be reaped. It is all risky.
