Movement is a test for the nervous system, it is more ideal to test the body in fighting ‘dragons’ far more often than to sit sedentary. Loss of range of motion is the precursor to the loss of a better standard of living and lifestyle. If the 90-year-old man could do backflips just the 20-year-old, there would be less discussed upon age. Testing the nervous system is how one disciplines their vessel and their mind, how they improve the reaction speed, and perceptive nature of their existence. The sticky web of fascia holding one down to the new things in life, it takes intentionally moving to break it up and bring in the new.
