When feeling some type of way, it is okay to question that feeling. It is to look deeper and to ask “why?”, where have I taken this decision of a feeling from? Where is my justification for it? This self-conscious state can be as useful as it is otherwise. When facing feelings that feel are lacking in justification and/or feel projected upon something or someone innocent to its cause, it is okay to simply ask yourself: “Could I let this go?”, and “When will I let this go?”, and finally, “Do I let this go?”. A simple affirmative ‘yes’ is all that is necessary in response, should one find the alternative, it is their duty to question the origin for that. Audible dialogue provides the context in which the mind’s flailing lose the ability to construe the commitment. The process is time-driven, letting go is longer than instant, it is taking the first step.
