When facing the floor (as opposed to the ceiling) in procrastination, take a break in all things and meditate upon it. Ask yourself where it comes from, what it is protecting you from, and why the inclination exists for all of it in the first place. As you ask these questions, begin to formulate a plan for the next occasion of production, and in so doing affirm each step you craft with the answer you find in this measurement. Maybe it takes longer than a single day, and in that it is to stay focused in doing these meditations to figure it out. Burnout happens when clarity, production, and rest get all messed up. So, take a story beat, and calm down, rest, and question yourself with a gentle tone. More often the reasons for procrastination lay akin to that of a toddler who provides the opportunity for grief, as they refuse to consume the same meal they had previously for months. It would be flawed to immediately presume that which ails one must be so vastly complex, just as one would consider themselves so nuanced in the first place. The complexity is a choice, where many decide to corroborate nuance and a deeper standard for reasonings in others, it is only the expressions that may find complexity, the cause is simple; be reminded of that.
Meditate.
