Another day, another second, another moment spent looking forward to the next. Gratitude for the present impacts the appreciation for the present moment. As a wise man once said: for when you are ‘there’, you’ll be ‘here’, so be ‘here’ now. Our memory serves us to find the moments that came before and the moments that are to come, provided our input and action in the present. With this is a gift, and such a curse.

Here is all there is. It just is, and to be grateful for everything that makes up here, the present, is to ensure the continued existence for things to be grateful for. A paradox as to find those objects of gratitude means searching for silver linings also. The very life-force we breathe is immediately enough to find oneself in gratitude for the present.

Gratitude operates at a higher vibrational frequency, comprising peace and as a consequence: acceptance. To begin to accept oneself, and the external physicality, begin with gratitude for it.

Go through each part of your vessel, each action, and be thankful for it.

The same applies everywhere.
