The greatest surprises tend to come when one least expects them. As in the design of such an affair, surprises or spontaneity can bring an immense freedom within the bounds or confines we set for ourselves. It is with this that freedom is so often defined in the freedom of expression, through which any individual can express themselves in both tongue, and action, with such liberty as to sit comfortably in certainty that their express will be met with acceptance, or at the very least, the lack of downright persecution.
Spontaneity, then is worthwhile skill to apply. To break the routine in controlled bursts through which one can become in-sync with one’s body and ground themselves to the vessel. The connection of multiple senses simultaneously is the fastest way to get to this. To feel alive in one’s own skin, an electric feel. Another form of flow.
It is plausible then, that contentment or peace within one’s life is the pro-longed duration and consistent bursts of flow throughout the many facets of work, play, rest, and relationships. That play is especially important, adding to the notion of laughter and enjoyment, taking things less seriously, applying a spontaneous brush to it all and flowing with the flow.
That they for whom spends the most time in play, spend the most time enjoying life. Work can be play, it is a culmination of mind and predispositions on the matter. Your thought patterns are a reflection of your words, your vocabulary, and vice versa. Change one, and the other changes. To make changes to your thoughts, begin by speaking as you’d like them to arrive, including love and the like.
Meditate.
