Many sit still in complacency, believing that if given a situation or opportunity, they can rise to an occasion with zero training or practice, skating by on simple talent alone. While there may be a chance that one can do so, it is better to ensure it. Training for the unthinkable keeps you far ahead of the game, and in this life: there are levels to the game.

Training is split into two prongs:

Prong one) Exploring and learning as to what is out there and in here to train.

Prong two) Consistent habits of training in skills

Ensure you learn the right skills for the job you foresee, there is a lack of certainty to be sure, there is skills that can be learnt that are transferrable to many situations. Start there.

Begin to fortify the body, learning how to move properly, gymnastics, ensuring the level of flexibility that mitigates injury. The ability to run many kilometers at whim, etc.

Begin to fortify the mind, meditate, learn to remember eidetically, learn to express emotions in stillness, solitude.

All this and more.
