Ask yourself every question in the book. Continue to do so until you run out of questions to ask. Peace comes with clarity, inner-turmoil is most often a symptom caused by the lack of clarity in self, identity, and actions. To inner-stand yourself is to ask the hardest questions of yourself. Why do you act in a certain way when a certain thing or person or situation occurs? Why do you feel compelled to buy this do that be that? Why do you think in this way? What guarantees this is the best thought pattern for the direction you have chosen? Why did you choose that direction? This is an ongoing process, to ask these questions in the quiet moments of contemplation.

Allow silence into your life, eat and solely eat, drive and solely drive, defecate and solely do that too. Creativity, answers, clarity, understanding, learning, and more occur when there is space. They are big energies and as such demand the space to exist. Rushing around, always stimulated is a sure way to quash all energies for which you are rushing around for in the first place. Create space through meditation of the active nature, and of the passive nature.

The passive nature in which you focus solely on a singular task, and sit within the present moment with it, there is zero other places to be, here and now. That is what life is all about: the here and the now. Sit present, move distractions and constant stimuli out of your diet of attention-grabbing habits.

Use discernment and innerstand.
